Sunbeams is our Nursery class for 2-3 year olds. Located in what was previously the town’s children centre, this fantastic learning environment is the perfect location for children to begin their learning journey at Midsomer Norton Primary School. A safe, self-contained unit with free-flow play between indoors and the outside play garden enables the children to follow their own interests as they learn through play. Needless to say this can often be messy, which we actively encourage… as well as tidying up after!

In Sunbeams we have an adult to child ratio of 1:4.

As the children become more confident frequent visits are made to Sun, our Pre-School class, so that the children feel confident and comfortable in their relationships with staff once they are ready to make the move to Pre-School.
