COVID Measures

All children returned successfully to school in March 2021 after the enormous disruption casued by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Of course, things are not quite the way things were as we prioritise the safety of our children, their families and staff members. We miss not being able to welcome parents and carers, visitors and volunteers into school. We wish we didn't have to stagger our drop off/ pick up and breaktimes during the day. And we definitely never expected to have to get used to a one way system around school!

However, we have adapted and the children have been brilliant!

Our priorities at this time are:

  • Minimising the risk of transmission
  • The mental health of our children
  • Catching up on lost learning
  • Helping children re-discover how to interact socially
