Children and staff worked extremely hard again and we are very pleased with our results. At the end of Reception, the percentage of children achieving a Good Level of Development was in line with the national average. At Key Stage 1 phonics results were slightly below national average; however, reading and writing otcomes have improved. At Key Stage 2, our results were below the national average in reading, slightly lower in maths but above national averages in writing with the chidlren having made excellent progress.

Our priorities next year will be to raise standards in writing at the end of KS1 and to improve reading outcomes.
